Application:
We specially designed the HFQA with a large rewind diameter (1000mm even can customized to 1200mm)to meet customer needs for producing large-diameter finished rolls. It is especially suitable for paper cup making machines, paper bag making machines, and for the next stage of the packaging and printing industry.

Unwind part

1. Shaftless unwind with hydraulic system auto loading for heavy jumbo rolls, Equipped standard 3" &6" step chuck.

Slitting part

1.The upper and lower rotary shear knives ensure high-precision slitting

2. Our machine allows for easy changing of slitting knives. Operators can conveniently load and unload knives onto the knife shaft

3.The machine is equipped with a plastic tube and a blowing fan to blow away the waste edge

Rewinding part

 1.The rewinding shafts deliver stable tension output, resulting in finished rolls that are very flat and smooth after slitting and rewinding. These finished rolls are tight and hard

2.  Individual two servo motor control duplex rewind provides the accurate rewinding tension control

Pre-sales Issues

01. Where is the factory located?
Our company is located at: Building 1, 1st Floor, Ruiniao E-commerce Industrial Park, Wanquan Town, Pingyang County, Wenzhou City, Zhejiang Province.
 
02. How do you provide technical guidance for non-standard equipment?
For customers requiring non-standard equipment, our technical team will communicate with the customer regarding their specific requirements, evaluate technical feasibility and production costs, and then provide a customized solution.

03. How do I choose a suitable machine?
Please provide us with some basic information about your requirements, such as the type of material and its thickness range. We will then recommend the most suitable machine for your needs.

Problems in sale

01. Payment Terms

After signing the contract, a 30% deposit is required in advance. Once the machine is ready, the remaining 70% balance is to be paid before shipment.

02. Delivery Time

For non-standard machines: approximately 30–45 working days after receiving the deposit. Any changes to the delivery date will be re-confirmed when the order is finalized.

For standard machines: generally within 30 working days after receiving the deposit.

03. Order Tracking

After the customer places an order, our company assigns dedicated personnel to track the order and provide regular production progress updates to the customer.

04. Product Packaging

Before shipment, each product is wrapped in waterproof film and secured on a bottom wooden pallet.

05. Product Transportation

Products are generally shipped by sea from Ningbo Port, China, to the customer's destination port.

After-sales question

01. Shelf Life / Warranty Period
The product comes with a standard one-year warranty, and our company offers lifetime maintenance services. If any quality issues arise with the machine, we will assist the customer through one of the following methods:
a. Sending replacement parts to the customer
b. Providing remote maintenance support
c. Arranging for our agent's personnel to visit the customer's facility for repairs
d. Dispatching our own technicians directly to the customer's site

02. Transportation Damage
If product damage occurs during transit and it is determined that the issue resulted from inadequate packaging or improper securing by our company, we will bear the corresponding losses.

03. Machine Maintenance
We will regularly contact customers to provide guidance on machine maintenance and care. For domestic customers, we will arrange for a skilled technician to offer on-site service.

04. Issues During Use
If any problems arise while using the product, customers may directly call or email our after-sales department (24-hour hotline available). Our after-sales team will respond immediately and determine the necessary course of action within 24 hours.
