We specially design HFQL with a large rewind diameter (1500mm) to fulfill the customer who wants to get big
diameter finished rolls.
This machine is suitable for slitting and rewinding large wide jumbo rolls, like various papers, adhesive stickers, or some laminates into narrow-width rolls.
 
g machine cuts the entire roll or sheet of raw material into fixed lengths according to the requirements of the product. It has two winding methods: surface winding and center winding. The rewinding and unwinding tension adopts automatic tension control, and the control methods include tension feedback control and taper control. In addition, slitting machines are usually equipped with two slitting tools, circular knife shearing, and air knife cutting, which are reliable in quality and easy to adjust. At the same time, it also has an edge-cutting device that can discharge the edge material through the fan.
