1)Application:
We specially design HFQC-S slitting and rewinding materials of uneven thickness, like film, self-adhesive labels (adhesive sticker), or paper. With three individual motors synchronous control and separated, this machine can get good quality finished rolls with smooth edges. 

The slitting machine cuts the entire roll or sheet of raw material into fixed lengths according to the requirements of the product. It has two winding methods: surface winding and center winding. The rewinding and unwinding tension adopts automatic tension control, and the control methods include tension feedback control and taper control. In addition, slitting machines are usually equipped with two slitting tools, circular knife shearing, and air knife cutting, which are reliable in quality and easy to adjust. At the same time, it also has an edge-cutting device that can discharge the edge material through the fan.

2)Features:
1. Fuselage wallboard thickness 40mm; materials: Q235, ensure high-speed stable running.

5. Shaftless unwind with hydraulic auto loading for heavy jumbo rolls. Web Guide system through the ultrasonic sensor to correct reel edge to guarantee feeding exactly.
